My 1983 Alfa Romeo GTV6

These pages represent my fascination with a magnificent Italian Car, the Alfa Romeo GTV6. I purchased my Alfa in 1995 from Autostrada on Lutwyche Road, Windsor here in Brisbane Australia. At the time they were specialist dealers in Italian cars, motorcycles and scooters. Autostrada had the Maserati franchise for Queensland but also dealt in other European exotics. I understand they no longer deal exclusively in Italian vehicles. At the time of purchase the Alfa cost me AUD $16,500-00. It came with electric windows and mirror, sunroof, air conditioning, engine immobiliser and alarm system. Similarly kitted out cars when new were around AUD $30,000-00. As a comparison the Porsche 944, which was also available new at the time, was around AUD $34,000-00.
